The Construction Loan Company, Inc. (CLC), based in Michigan is a full service FannieMae® approved mortgage banking company and asset manager.

CLC specializes in providing residential construction financing and mortgages to homeowners in several states.

CLC’s mission is to provide affordable construction financing to the national housing and home building industry through our network of credit unions, builders, lumber companies and capital market firms.

Our vision is be the premier residential construction-to permanent-mortgage lender for individuals and builders throughout the U.S. CLC is targeted to manage $1 Billion in loans by 2008.
