CU “First Rights to Fund” Member’s loan(s)

CU Capital/Investment Partner Option:

CU funds leads/loans that CLC provides to CU at no cost. Loans can be funded on a whole loan, flow or loan participation basis. CU earns interest income. Funding opportunity for CU to fund interim construction loan and end mortgages.

  • Full service (origination through loan servicing) support
  • Limited service functions (credit union chooses level of support needed)
  • Overflow service (utilize our staff when you need it due to high loan volumes)
  • Mortgage technology origination website option (private labeled, custom, and paperless website to originate, process, underwrite, and close mortgages).
  • Credit union staff uses the website technology to perform all origination through closing duties or use our staff to perform duties needed.
  • Our origination technology automatically quotes rates, fees, LLPAs, generates the required application disclosures (GFE and TIL), orders credit reports and provides the DU outcome to borrower/loan representative online.
  • Collect payments for application fees, credit reports, appraisals on our secure website via credit card or ACH payment.
  • Construction technology website (private labeled, custom website specific for construction loans)
  • Construction Loan Management Services (Builder review, feasibility cost review, manage all draws/inspections/draw disbursements during construction on behalf of credit union).
  • Credit union has first right to fund all member loans
  • Marketing incentive programs
