A. Owner-Builder Application Package

If you are planning to build or remodel a home acting as your own general contractor (and you are not licensed) you will need to complete the following forms. These forms will assist you in estimating the costs and specifications for your new home.

B. Owner-Builder Rapid Draw Package

Owner-Builders (general contracting a home without a builder’s license) will be responsible for completing a Sworn Statement and the appropriate Waiver of Lien Form listed below in order to receive your construction loan draws. A more complete informational guide along with instructions will be available upon your request and/or at your construction loan closing.
