Are you a mortgage broker or lender currently originating residential construction loans?

CLC offers competitive construction-to-permanent mortgage funding options for "experienced" mortgage brokers/lenders currently originating and closing residential construction loans. Program guidelines may vary per State.

CLC's Construction 1Close benefits:

• Construction 1Close (construction-to-permanent mortgage) - Hired Builder up to 95% ltv of appraised value (primary/second home)
• Construction 1Close (construction-to-permanent mortgage) - Owner-Contractor (no building license required) up to 80% of appraised value (primary/second home)
• Full income documentation only, per FNMA guidelines
• Up to 6 draws for hired Builder. Up to 10 draws Owner-Contractor.
• Interest only payments required during construction based on amount drawn
• Broker fees collected at construction loan closing (check disbursed after closing)
• CLC is the lender (CLC underwrites, closes and administers all draws and inspections)
