CLC's Construction 1Close benefits:
Construction 1Close (construction-to-permanent mortgage) - Hired
Builder up to 95% ltv of appraised value (primary/second home)
Construction 1Close (construction-to-permanent mortgage) -
Owner-Contractor (no building license required) up to 80% of appraised value
(primary/second home)
Full income documentation only, per FNMA guidelines
Up to 6 draws for hired Builder. Up to 10 draws Owner-Contractor.
Interest only payments required during construction based on amount
drawn
Broker fees collected at construction loan closing (check disbursed
after closing)
CLC is the lender (CLC underwrites, closes and administers all draws
and inspections)
